As Big Drops Marketing Group continues to expand into new markets and advertising channels, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive our next phase of growth.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with Advertisers & Publisher, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of performance-based marketing campaigns. You will act as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams, helping to deliver exceptional results and world-class service.

EXPERIENCE: 2-9 YEARS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients and partners in international markets.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Pitch our services clearly and confidently to decision-makers at agencies, startups, and enterprises.
  • Acquire and onboard new advertisers and publishers, expanding the company’s global client portfolio.
  • Optimize advertiser campaigns by analyzing performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activity, and market shifts to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and strategic insights to clients to maintain transparency and value.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations and brand safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • MBA in Marketing preferred or a Bachelor’s degree with a strong track record in business development.
  • 2–8 years of experience in business development, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially in performance and B2C marketing.
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive business growth.
  • Prior experience in the advertising or media industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in using modern CRM tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.
  • Experience dealing with B2C clients and managing high-impact relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
