Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy. Duties: - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust strategies accordingly - Utilise Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics Experience: - Proven experience in business development or sales role within a similar industry - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making If you are a motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth and have the required experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
