BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The role in brief:
Your responsibilities will include helping to develop existing accounts and bringing in new business, growing an already successful portfolio, weekly monitoring & reporting, travelling around the Birmingham area to visit customer sites & offices, managing your own diary, setting & attending appointments, preparing tender quotations, following up & closing new deals, site surveys & more.
The ideal candidate:
You will have a proven track record of field-sales success in a hire environment, ideally Powered Access sales. This is a challenging position which will require you to have a mature, positive, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. You must be able to demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to your work. You should be well-organised, comfortable prioritising tasks, be hungry to succeed, comfortable working towards targets and thrive under pressure. Comprehensive training on Aerial Platforms’ products and services will be given.
