Connectnow is looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow and nurture our Real Estate partner network across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. You’ll also have support from our Melbourne‑based Partner Support and Call Centre teams to help you deliver a seamless partner experience. What You’ll Be Doing Managing and growing an active partner portfolio of ~70 real estate clients across the Brisbane region. Sourcing and generating new business leads across multiple channels. Building strong, commercial partnerships aligned with business strategy. Providing exceptional service and support to your partners, becoming a trusted advisor. Gathering market insights and feeding them back to shape future product and service improvements. Delivering results in a largely autonomous, on‑the‑road role, with regular travel across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Collaborating with internal teams — from Partner Support to our broader BDM network — to drive consistent success. Who We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience in sales or account management. A track record of building strong client relationships and delivering growth. Experience in the Real Estate sector will be highly regarded Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills. Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will manage and grow an active partner portfolio of approximately 70 real estate clients across Brisbane. They will also source new business leads and build strong partnerships aligned with the business strategy.
