As we continue to grow and invest in our Commercial offering, now is the perfect time to progress your career within Bunnings. This unique BDM role is focused on developing and identifying new clients within the Agriculture and Manufacturing sectors to further grow our existing Commercial portfolios with key organisations such as AgForce, Queensland Fruit & Vegetable Growers (QFVG), and other industry leaders. To be successful in this role, you will personally develop strategies and plans to target growth opportunities, establish new relationships while strengthening existing ones. You will have a strong understanding of the agriculture and manufacturing industries and their product requirements, along with the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers within these sectors. In this role you will report directly to the Business Sales Manager - North Division whilst having additional support from Business Development Coordinators that help provide up to date information and resources that allow you to forge strong relationships across the state. You will drive and execute the strategic sales plans of Bunnings through use of your expertise and knowledge in our wide range of products and services whilst working collaboratively with our other members of the Bunnings team ensuring that our customers are provided with the very Best Price, Widest Range and Customer Experience. What you can expect to do: Leverage our existing database of clients and drive new opportunities Identify and collaborate with preferred suppliers and internal product team Engage with various organisations across Queensland and Nationally Build strategic insights and plan around new business opportunities Develop and execute strategies to address State opportunities and combat competitor activities What we need from you: Manage and grow existing relationships within the Commercial client base Engage with all levels of businesses to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities Work collaboratively with a wide variety of the Bunnings team Previous experience with CCRM software and advanced MS office skills Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety We’re here to support you.
