Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by developing partnerships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry (hospitals, clinics, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or healthcare services).
  • Strong network and established relationships within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and create effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

    Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and market growth within the healthcare sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with healthcare organizations, doctors, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in healthcare services and products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to design and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients in line with company policies.
  • Monitor business performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent the company at healthcare exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and ethical practices.
