WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• In depth experience and good track record within UK asset finance market with exposure to all established financing structures and excellent documentation skills with a particular focus on the Wholesale market. Driven by the need to make it as easy as possible for customers to do business with Aldermore and create as much time as possible to sell & manage client relationships.
• A performance driven / results focused individual who is not afraid to challenge combined with a good attention to detail. A self-starter that is always looking for opportunities for self-improvement. Enthusiastic individual who motivates and supports others to be likewise. Always demonstrates a clear understanding of all customer value drivers.
• Income focused, logical and able to demonstrate proficiency in respect of all aspects of financial mathematics and the concept of present value.
• Capable of working as a member of a geographically diverse team. An involved and involving team player who sees what needs to be done and gets on with it without seeking permission.
• Good sector knowledge with personal reputation within the sector for honesty, dependability, and professionalism. Good track record in target achievement.
• Capability to evaluate competitive products as well as price end user and/or supplier offerings.
• Excellent risk assessment skills and credit risk report writing.
• Good working knowledge of asset finance documentation, compliance requirements (KYC / DPA / CCA etc.) combined with good negotiating skills
