We are looking for a Business Development Manager, to join our team in Germany.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in consulting, sales, digital agency work, or innovation teams - and who now wants to take a bigger leap into the world of digital innovation, technology, and human-centered design.
You’ll work closely with strategists, designers and technologists to explore new client challenges, co-create solution ideas, and help build the foundation for long-term partnerships. You’ll need to drive conversations within client acquisition, while also thriving as a team player in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, making the client acquisition process a success end-to-end.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years experience in sales, marketing or business development (internships count!)
  • A “hunter” mindset – proactive, communicative, curious, networker
  • self-driven and collaborative - comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication skills in German & English

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification: Research industries, trends, and target companies to spot high-potential leads and gather insights to co-create new offers
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting and build relationships / nurturing path
  • Qualify leads and involve a team of experts around you
  • Support preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and pitch materials in collaboration with experts
