ACG_3283_JOB Our client is a leading technology cooperation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm. Identify, develop, and expand the client and merchant network for the company’s products and services. Execute the sales process for the company’s payment solutions and related offerings to potential and existing clients. Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and monitor industry trends to provide actionable recommendations for business growth. Negotiate and finalize major contracts and strategic partnerships. Prepare comprehensive business reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Requirements Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a senior management role; candidates with experience in B2B partner acquisition and development are highly preferred. Strong interest in career growth within the banking, payment intermediary, or fintech sectors. Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and business development strategies. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (reading and speaking). Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Prior experience in fintech or banking is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant business tools.
