Long sales cycle or long customer relationship experience strongly preferred. · College degree preferred but not required   OTHER CHARACTERISTICS: · Willingness to put colleagues (company leaders, project managers) out in front and help them to develop presentations and relationships · Strong business development based strategic thinking skills—seeing the connections among different entities (prospective clients, consultants, management companies, attorneys and other partners) and weaving them together for mutual benefit · Ability to authentically represent Charter Construction and our core values · Ability to learn enough about Charter’s work to intelligently discuss it with non-construction professionals · Ability to be confidential · Team player (work closely with Team Leaders, Operations Managers, Director of Business Development to understand Charter Construction culture and approach to Business Development)   Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60-70,000 per year plus Commission   Charter Construction is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
