PeopleCert is looking for a Business Development Manager with extensive experience in developing a strong pipeline and delivering new business in their territory.
Through an in-depth understanding of PeopleCert business and go-to-market strategy, you establish relationships with decision makers of training organisations, language education related influencers, language schools, language universities, local communities and corporations in your territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for LANGUAGECERT portfolio. LANGUAGECERT is a UKVI accredited SELT provider.

Responsibilities

AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:



    • Maintain and achieve maximum B2B market penetration of LANGUAGECERT products, particularly for LANGUAGECERT SELT tests, implementing a target-driven sales strategy.

    • Promote market business, predominantly to educational institutions, immigration advisers/solicitors and other clients in education-and related markets.
    • Liaise with partners, including language schools, universities, pathway program providers and overseas study agencies to sell language tests and services.
    • Work with the universities to 1) increase their perception of LANGUAGECERT exams, 2) utilization of LANGUAGECERT exams in curriculum and research, and 3) view of LANGUAGECERT as a leading and preferred partner in the future of education.
    • Run regional campaigns to obtain recognition and testimonials from universities and organizations.
    • Organize appropriate marketing activities to satisfy local needs and identify new potential partners.
    • Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations.


      • Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business.

      • Coordinate various aspects of activity in tandem with the company’s operations base and with respect to the local market conditions and culture.
      • Plan and organise personal sales strategy by maximising the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
      • Monitor own progress against daily/weekly/monthly targets and report accordingly to the Headquarters.
      • Facilitate and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, working closely with support teams.Participate in relevant conferences, trade shows and conventions.

      Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
