• Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, identifying and engaging potential clients within target markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.
• Negotiate complex service agreements and pricing structures, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction for global logistics solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales or business development within the logistics industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
• In-depth understanding of international shipping modes (air, sea, road, rail) and global supply chain dynamics.
