Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager in the Forex division, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and increasing revenue growth in the Forex market. Your primary focus will be identifying new clients, markets, and strategic partners while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop strategies to capture new business opportunities and ensure the growth and success of our forex operations.

Requirments:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the forex, financial services, or fintech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully generating new business and expanding client relationships in the forex market.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the forex market, trading platforms, and financial products.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills with a strong ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the forex market.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share.
• Build relationships with high-value prospects and clients, including institutional clients, brokers, and financial institutions.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable terms for the company.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Monitor and analyse forex market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential threats.
• Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for product and service improvement.
• Partnerships & Strategic Alliances:
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with brokers, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders in the forex industry.
• Explore and negotiate partnership opportunities that align with the company’s long-term growth strategy.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Work closely with the client service and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address client needs.
• Ensure clients receive excellent service and support, contributing to retention and referral opportunities.
• Performance Reporting & Forecasting:
• Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and revenue generation.
• Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
• Marketing & Branding:
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement campaigns to promote the company’s forex products and services.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote the company’s brand and expand its network.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per mont
