KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE Solar EPC market.
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale B2B projects in the UAE or MENA region.
  • Strong network and understanding of the UAE solar market (DEWA, ADDC, FEWA regulations).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Must be currently based in UAE.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and grow our footprint in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our solar EPC solutions. Experience in the UAE Solar EPC sector is required to effectively navigate the local market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market, primarily in the Commercial & Industrial solar segment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and present proposals, financial models, and technical solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and execution teams to ensure alignment of project deliverables.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the renewable energy sector.
  • Represent ASMENA SESI LLC at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
