JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a winning sales team as a qualified sales representative and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, quotes and orders and secure a pipeline of secured landscaping and fencing orders.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational (and sales) skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and tenacity and therefore achieve sales targets.
The role offers training and experience built up over time provided the candidate has initiative. Job progression is on offer for those who show leadership and want to get ahead through the company, as well as an uncapped commission from competition of probation.

REQUIREMENTS:


    1. Phone confidence and professionalism and prepared to make outgoing phone calls (training will be provided)


      1. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)


        1. Understanding of sales performance metrics


          1. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills


            1. A team player with high level of dedication


              1. Ability to work under deadlines


                1. Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus

                  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

                  Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

                Responsibilities

                  1. Identifying Tender Opportunities

                    a. Making contact with surveyors and sites to identify potential quoting opportunities

                    b. Sending emails to above with information about our company

                  c. Following up surveyors until enquiry is received.


                    1. Obtaining sales

                    a. Using and building relationships to grow sales.
                    b. Managing sales process to turn quoted opportunities into secured contracts
                    c. Follow up diligently and consistently until order is received. Liaising with estimating and customer on commercial matters.
                    d. Sending emails and delivering presentations to clients.

                    e. Deliver a consistent monthly sales target


                      1. Project handovers

                      a. Final commercial handover pack for sign off by Sales Director and Project Estimator
                      b. Complete Payment Matrix if required

                      c. Submission of order and other appropriate documentation


                        1. Any other tasks

                        a. Carrying out requests from management as needed
                        b. Supporting with operational assistance if required
