Job Description:

• Identify business opportunities within Chinese markets.
• Develop entry and growth strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with Chinese partners, clients, and agencies.
• Understand and navigate local regulations and business practices.
• Conduct market research on Chinese consumer trends and competitors.
• Negotiate contracts and partnership terms in line with local expectations.
• Monitor business performance .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• 2-5 years of business development or sales experience , preferably in China or related markets.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese market trends and business culture .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
• Ability to build and manage client relationships in China .
• Familiar with Chinese regulatory and legal frameworks .
• Willing to travel to China or work across time zones .
