Your role:

• You are responsible for the active identification and development of new business opportunities.
• You will work closely with the sales team to expand and maintain relationships with Microsoft, Microsoft partners (e.g., ISVs, system integrators, CSPs), and end customers in defined target segments.
• You will regularly represent ASC to relevant contacts and inform them about our new products.
• You understand and position the added value of ASC solutions within the different business areas of the customers.
• Together with ASC-Marketing, you plan sales campaigns (mailings, telephone campaigns, participation in trade fairs, webinars, etc.), monitor their implementation, and analyze their success.
• You check and analyze the market, the competition, and the relevant accounts, and help us to become even more successful.
• You create regular sales forecasts/reports and contribute to achieving or exceeding them.

Your profile:

• You are passionate about business development and demonstrate commitment, flexibility, and a service-oriented approach.
• You have a pronounced hunter mentality with a focus on generating new business.
• You have a completed technical/business degree, vocational training as an IT systems management assistant, or a comparable qualification.
• You have already achieved initial success in the direct and/or indirect sales of IT products and have a clear hunter profile.
• You work in a team-oriented manner with the ability to independently drive forward and solve tasks.
• You possess excellent communication skills, linguistic fluency, and expressiveness.
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
