Description
Manage the new business development activities relating to the assigned vertical industry to achieve objectives and increase win rates. Make Vertiv products and services the preferred choice and trusted business partner within the market Analyze market situation, product development and pricing concerning competitors within dedicated consultant accounts. Participate and contribute to the development of marketing plans and targets by close monitoring and analysis of market intelligence. Authorized to support sales in commercial proposals and negotiate commercial contract to / with customers, to an agreed value designated by the management team. Assess market studies and analyze needs and potentials, negotiations with customers. You will be responsible to guide sales lifecycle from business leads to identifying opportunities from customers. You will be responsible for planning & producing marketing strategies for consultants and customers. Ensure sales and marketing activities are effectively implemented with emphasis on long term consultant relationship. Support sales on sales and order booking for customer accounts, consistent with the operating cost. Manage expectations of consultants’ requests. Work with technical team to provide the most unique solution. Manage top 10 consultants, especially new consultants from overseas. Job Requirements: Tertiary qualification in engineering; electrical, mechanical, business or related field ideal 8+ years experienced in business development within a similar environment 20% travel to go to headquarters of the assigned consultant.
