THE ROLE

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the facilities management industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within the FM sector.
You will play a pivotal role in driving Aspect Maintenance’s expansion, focusing on developing new contracts, nurturing key accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within facilities management and maintenance services.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, landlords, and corporate clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, bids, and presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and handover.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Help Design and influence sales strategies
