Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to lead employer outreach and partnership development initiatives. This role is critical in identifying and engaging businesses that may benefit from our workforce and staffing support services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a talent for building rapport with business owners and HR professionals across industries such as trucking, construction, food service, and long-term care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and connect with potential employer clients across Canada, both virtually and in person.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses to understand their workforce needs.
  • Educate employers on our range of immigration and staffing support services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain long-term business partnerships.
  • Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
  • Coordinate closely with internal processing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
