Responsibilities

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative - Specification to join our team based in Murarrie, Brisbane. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – Specification, this role will focus on the achievement of the sales budget for our specification business, requiring both the identification of new business opportunities and the growth of market share and sales margins, within the Queensland region. Account management in the commercial segments with major builders and regular representation of our products to a variety of stakeholders, will also be a key focus in this role.

The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving budgeted sales and gross margins
  • Applying exceptional business development and planning skills
  • Developing and managing the specification/commercial opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic business partnerships
  • Monitoring competitor/customer activity and reporting on market intelligence
