POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the printing industry, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in the printing or related industry strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
