DP World is seeking a charismatic and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Automotive and Industrial verticals within our Contract Logistics division. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong network, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for solving complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and expand existing customer relationships across geographies
  • Lead commercial activities including RFQs, renewals, and contract negotiations
  • Build trust and develop tailored solutions for complex customer needs
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently exceed growth targetsCollaborate cross-functionally and regionally to deliver integrated solutions

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, ideally with Automotive/Industrial focus
  • Proven track record in value-based selling and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communicator and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a plus
