ABOUT US

We are a healthcare technology provider that has developed and is still developing multiple digital products to improve transparency, access, and performance across the care sector. Our tools serve a range of target audiences, from families and care seekers to care providers and institutional stakeholders like the NHS and CQC.
The Role: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities for our directory product within the health and care sector. The role will focus primarily on prospecting, qualifying leads, and securing appointments/meetings for our senior sales team to close. This is a remote role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building new business pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential new customers in the health and social care sector.
  • Qualify leads to ensure strong alignment with our directory product.
  • Book high-quality appointments and meetings for the wider sales team.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs to effectively position our value proposition.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs relating to lead generation and appointments booked.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within a B2B setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong ability to research and prospect into new markets.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to work.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
  • Knowledge of or experience within the health and care sector (desirable, not essential).
