Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: 1. Lead and expand the sales force to achieve top-tier performance and market dominance. 2. Strategically develop and enhance the effectiveness of sales leaders and their teams. 3. Foster innovation and adaptability in meeting the evolving market and customer needs. 4. Works closely with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business goals. 5. Engages with Sales Leaders and Representatives to reinforce relationships and develop business opportunities. Key responsibilities: 1. Responsible for growing the sales and coverage in a given zone by clearly identifying (i.e. white space coverage) and developing, coaching, and progressing Sales Leaders and Representatives. 2. Directly manage a portfolio of Sales Leaders to achieve and exceed set sales targets and other key performance metrics through relationship selling and recognition. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement to boost the effectiveness of the sales force, and proactively lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market demands. 3. Craft and execute a comprehensive business plan that includes sales targets, including but not limited to Field Plan Attainment, Sales Leaders Growth Count, and New Representatives Activity and Retention, portfolio strategies, and action plans tailored to meet according to Representative segmentation and/or business needs. 4. Planning effective execution of Field Relationship Process (FRP), defining campaign activities and time allocation according to Avon Rewards and Leadership model priorities. 5. Lead and inspire Sales Leaders through rigorous training, development programs, and promotional opportunities, ensuring their growth and success within the organization. 6. Evaluate the performance of sales teams, providing strategic analysis and solutions to improve outcomes and drive growth in the assigned branches. 7. Serve as the primary liaison for the implementation of corporate marketing programs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and seamless execution in the assigned branches. 8. Develop and implement career progression plans for Branch Sales Trainer’s career and development of bench strength. 9. Perform activities to ensure operational excellence, financial integrity, and strategic alignment through branch inspections, financial audits, risk management, marketing readiness, and frequent communication with the business partners/branch owners and other stakeholders.
