QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian
  • 3+ years experience in business development, sales engineering, or consulting
  • Experience working at:
  • A vendor or distributor offering SaaS or networking hardware (Access Point/Controller), OR
  • A local telecom operator
  • Existing contacts within local telecom operators (strong advantage)
  • Strong understanding of local telecom operators and ISPs
  • Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, Routing, Switching, LAN/WLAN)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in sales, including cold-calling and lead generation
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities

As the Business Development Manager for Indonesia, your primary focus is to drive revenue growth within the largest telecommunications companies and system integrators for Linkyfi in the Asian region. This role involves initiating and fostering key relationships, developing team-wide best practices, and serving as the first point of contact for customers. You will work closely with a passionate team of software developers and Presales Engineers to create excitement about Linkyfi and ensure rapid growth in monthly recurring revenue, new logo acquisition, and customer retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our distributors to expand market presence, plan and engage in local marketing activities
  • Generate new leads and contacts with telecom operators, ISPs, and resellers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners
  • Communicate effectively across multiple platforms (Email, WhatsApp, Google Chat, etc.)
  • Present and demonstrate Linkyfi to prospects, including mid- and C-level executives
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce; provide accurate forecasting and updates
  • Develop tailored sales strategies based on client needs and market trends
  • Identify customer requirements, assess challenges, and propose suitable solutions
  • Serve as the main liaison between partners and internal teams
  • Maintain active follow-ups and propose next steps
  • Gather and relay market insights and competitive intelligence to internal teams
