JOB OVERVIEW:

Our client, We Must, is a fast-growing custom printing company offering top-tier services in DTF heat transfers, screen printing, embroidery, and promo merchandise. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building long-term client value. As Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of client engagement, helping the brand grow across industries with tailored, high-impact solutions. REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in B2B sales or Business Development, ideally in printing, promotional products, or apparel manufacturing. This is a Must
· Strong understanding of sales cycles, prospecting techniques, and account management.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service.
· Comfortable with CRM tools, prospecting platforms, and remote communication tools.
· Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
· Availability for local and out-of-state travel to meet clients and attend events.

EXPERIENCE:

· 6–8 years in a sales role, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
· Strong familiarity with promotional marketing and custom apparel printing.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
· Sales certifications such as HubSpot Sales, Sandler, or similar are considered an asset
· Additional training or certifications in account management, CRM systems, or consultative selling is a plus
Work Location: In-Office at Hamilton, Ontario.
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

· Identify & Acquire New Clients
· Research and target potential accounts in the promotional marketing, corporate merchandise, and apparel sectors.
· Use outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events to generate leads.
· Setup Meetings for the CEO with market leaders for deal closures where needed.
· Build long-term relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
· Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from our range of printing and decoration services.
· Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
· Maintain a healthy pipeline through CRM tools and consistent follow-up.
· Attend trade shows, expos, and industry networking events to promote We Must’s capabilities.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new product opportunities.
· Work closely with production, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
· Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and client experience.
