About the role We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Thailand. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and sales in the Bangkok area. With a focus on developing strategic partnerships and acquiring new clients, you will play a crucial part in the continued success of our company. What you'll be doing 1. New Business Acquisition ・Proactively identify high-potential prospects and convert them into long-term, strategic clients ・Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients ・Expanding TableCheck’s presence in Thailand 2. Full Sales Cycle Ownership ・Manage the entire sales lifecycle including lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, pricing/contract negotiation, and closing ・Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with business objectives 3. Sales Effectiveness & Communication ・Deliver a compelling value proposition using strong consultative selling skills ・Conduct impactful proposal, product demos (onsite and virtual) to create demand and drive adoption 4. Pipeline Development & Outreach ・Execute outbound activities (cold calls, emails, prospecting tools) to connect with key decision makers ・Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs (5–8 qualified meetings per week / 20–30 qualified meetings per month) ・Maintain an active pipeline through consistent follow-ups and opportunity nurturing 5. Collaboration & Reporting ・Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality handover and client experience ・Submit weekly sales reports including pipeline status, prospect lists, and activity updates What we're looking for 1. Must have Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a new business development or sales role in below industry: ・Restaurant Reservation App / OTA ・Restaurant POS System ・Any other Third Party dining Apps, Table Management Software 2. Have experience overall sales execution in cold-calling, client acquisitions 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients 4.
