Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management

  • Own and manage a defined base of key accounts, ensuring commercial responsiveness and long-term relationship development
  • Deliver structured account plans to drive growth and strengthen customer partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote brand through trade customers and sector-specific campaigns

New Business Development

  • Proactively engage with target accounts and develop new customer opportunities
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through to quotation and close
  • Attend exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings to grow visibility and conversion

Commercial & Strategic Support

  • Provide input into product positioning, customer segmentation, and pricing strategy
  • Liaise with internal teams to share customer feedback and shape offering improvements
  • Use CRM systems to maintain accurate reporting and pipeline tracking
