Business Development Manager

Baytukum | DIFC, Dubai | Full-time, on site | Reports to the CEO | Salary plus commission

Baytukum is hiring a Business Development Manager to own two commercial lines: whitelabel technology partnerships with established companies across real estate and financial services, and acquisition sourcing for its renovation and resale portfolio.

About Baytukum

Baytukum is a DIFC-licensed, DFSA-regulated real estate co-investment platform based in Dubai. The platform enables investors to co-invest in property with all technology, ownership structures, and compliance handled in-house. Because this is a client-facing role within a regulated firm, you are subject to the Dubai Financial Services Authority's fit and proper, competency, and conduct requirements.

The Role

You will own two commercial lines: white label technology partnerships (70%) and property flipping and renovation sourcing (30%)

Line One (Priority): Whitelabel Partnerships

We license our technology to established companies so they can run co-investment under their own brand. Partners come from real estate, including brokerages, developers and property platforms, and from financial services, including investment platforms, banks, fintech apps and wealth managers. They get the product without building it. We earn a monthly subscription plus a fee on the property they place through us.

You own this line end to end:

• Build a pipeline of partner companies across the UAE and the wider GCC Get to the decision maker, not the marketing manager Pitch the commercial case: what they earn, what they stop building, what they stop paying for Negotiate and close the agreement, working alongside our compliance and legal teams

This is partnership sales, not transactional sales. Cycles run over months and decisions involve several people on the partner side.

Line Two (Secondary): Property Flipping & Resale Sourcing

Source older properties in established neighborhoods for renovation and resale. You will evaluate deal numbers, negotiate acquisitions, and oversee the process through to resale

• Source acquisition opportunities through your own network and our external broker and agent relationships Assess deals on the numbers: entry price, renovation cost, realistic resale, timeline Negotiate the acquisition Stay with the deal through renovation to resale, working alongside our operations and renovation partners

This side needs someone who can tell a good flip from an expensive mistake.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 7 years in business development, partnerships, or sales. Experience in real estate, PropTech, or financial services is preferred. Track Record: A proven closing record with measurable deal values and cycle lengths. Communication: Fluent English is required. Arabic is a strong plus. Profile: An autonomous hunter who builds pipelines proactively. Resilient through long sales cycles. Comfortable treating regulatory compliance as a core part of the job.
