We’re a specialist smart home and home cinema company, delivering high-value projects that transform the way people live and experience entertainment in their homes across the South West and beyond. With projects averaging towards £100k, we’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our small, dedicated team and drive the next stage of our growth.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Directors, you’ll take ownership of both new business development and account management. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll combine technical understanding with relationship-building skills to guide clients through complex, high-value projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients base.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Build a pipeline and deliver against an agreed sales target
  • Conduct client meetings at the company’s showroom facilities and occasional site visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline, and performance.
  • Manage the companies Social Media platforms ensuring the presence reflects the companies’ brand
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, awards and exhibitions.
