Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to lead sales and expansion efforts from our warehouse facility, which is being developed as a strategic stock and service centerfor raw materials catering to the steel and foundry industries in the Middle East and nearby regions accessible by road/truck logistics.
This role requires an individual with strong client engagement skills, market development capability, and a strategic mindset to grow both product sales and service offerings from our Dubai base.

VALUE PROPOSITION ENHANCEMENT:

  • Explore and recommend new services or capabilities (e.g., toll-processing, blending, packaging) that can be introduced at the Jebel Ali site to meet emerging customer demands.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering ( preferably Metallurgy / Ceramic / Refractory Engineer ), International Trade, or related fields.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • 4–7 years in sales/business development, preferably in the steel, metal, foundry, or raw materials sector.
  • Familiarity with warehouse-based operations and regional B2B sales (especially across UAE, GCC, and MENA countries).
  • Experience dealing with bulk materials, industrial clients, and/or road logistics is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and initiate ideas.
  • Sound understanding of trade documentation, pricing strategies, and international business protocols.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC/MENA region.
