As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our business to new heights.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 100% proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the architectural or creative industries. Data is key here. Please note, if you don’t have data to back up your track record, your application will be refused!
  • A basic understanding of architectural visualisation, CGI technologies and the benefits they bring to our clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize new opportunities.
  • Confident in prospecting for new leads and industries using effective and ‘out of the box’ methods.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a hungry and dynamic Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, working closely with our Managing Director. Your mission will be to identify and prospect for new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our cutting-edge visualisation products & services, clearly illustrating how we solve our clients problems with effective marketing solutions. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the studio, ensuring we remain at the pinnacle of the architectural visualisation industry.
This role is perfect for a talented BDM that is now looking for a new challenge where they can put their own stamp on their career and make a meaningful contribution to the sector.
The ideal candidate (but not limited to) will have a background in sales within a digital marketing or design agency, and will have a clear understanding of the digital marketing / design industry. A proven track record in sales is key, as is the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Develop and implement strategic plans to target and secure new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent our studio at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our market presence and brand recognition.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with our creative and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery, aligning client expectations with our capabilities.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
