ABOUT THE ROLE

As BDM, you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial growth strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and leading initiatives that position NRG7 as a market leader in the Renewables Energy and VEU program.
This role is perfect for someone with a commercial mindset, a passion for innovation, and the ability to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth while contributing to a broader energy purpose.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive new business opportunity through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with national revenue goals
  • Identify and engage new clients across energy sectors – especially renewables and HVAC sector
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations
  • Build long-term relationships and referral networks
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Share new ideas to improve our offerings and market position
