We specialize in immersive event technologies, including AR/VR, AI photobooths, gamified exhibits, interactive LED walls, and smart brand experiences.
As we rapidly expand in the UAE and Saudi markets, we’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive regional growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the events/exhibitions/experiential marketing domain
  • Strong client network in UAE and KSA within agencies, brands, or event suppliers
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Must be available full-time, ready to work on a retainer + commission model
  • Willing to work under a clear milestone-based contract for the first 6 months
  • Visa sponsorship and benefits considered post initial performance review
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in immersive technologies (AR, VR, AI, interactive displays)

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a results-driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives across Dubai and Saudi Arabia, focusing on the events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, pitch, and close business opportunities in the events and exhibitions industry across the UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • Build strong relationships with agencies, brands, venue partners, and government clients
  • Represent NXT Interactive’s tech-driven solutions and portfolio in client meetings, RFPs, and tenders
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and track progress against defined milestones
  • Work with the Singapore HQ and creative teams to customize proposals for local markets
  • Attend major events, expos, and trade shows as a face of NXT in the region
  • Deliver monthly reporting on leads, conversions, and revenue generated
  • Can handle event operations management and delivery on site
