Business Development Manager (BDM) – OFFROAD + Minibus (CLT) - - - - - - - - - - - - Main activities: Transversal activities: Ensures that LP (business line) and financial objectives in Vietnam are achieved through the use of the Sales methods and tools : Understands and achieves the business and financial objectives for his/her territory Conducts an assessment of the local market (channels of distribution, competitors in the marketplace, the tire potential for the market, etc.) … Conducts an assessment of the customers in the marketplace and determines who are the winners, who are accessible and who are compatible with Michelin … Establish an account diagnostic (environmental analysis, purchasing policy, SWOT of the customer) Regularly assesses the business results (sell-in and sell-out) versus the objectives and develops corrective action plans to reach business objectives … Communicates to the customer and from the customer to the appropriate Michelin contact to develop the business and resolve business issues Identifies misusage or illegal uses of MICHELIN brand by tire dealers in his/her sales area and solves them with the help of Marketing Department when needed Fully responsible for business results and deployment of Marketing activities in Vietnam Manage the commercial and business relationship with the key customers through the implementation of the Key Account Planning Standard steps and tools Develop and formally structure an in-depth account Analyze Michelin’s position within the key accounts Define and validate with the entity management team a 1-to-3-year account strategy for each account Built and negotiate a joint development plan with the key accounts Built and negotiate an operational action plan with the key accounts Manage the implementation of the operational plan (s) Country operational activities: Track daily activities in support of the indicators: # of visits, customer facing time/and develop corrective actions, as needed … Annually develops and signs the commercial contract with the customers in his/her territory Built and negotiate a joint development plan with the key accounts Manage the implementation of the operational plan (s) Deployment of the Marketing strategy : 1. Product / Service offers and launch and withdrawal plans: collection and treatment of product satisfactions and dissatisfactions 2. Base pricing and commercial conditions 3. Market Communication Plan 4. Distribution policy including with indirect customers (sub-dealers) 5. Deploying a sell-in and sell-out animation map Contribute to the development of Marketing mix : 1. Understands and analyses his/her market 2. Works in cooperation with the central entity team to define the marketing mix Requirement: Bachelor degree in Commercial/ Business Administration/ Foreign trade/ marketing 5 years experience in key account management in similar industry. Automobile industry is preferable. Car passionate is an advance Proficiency English in written & speaking & presentation is a MUST (B2 level/Ielts 6.5) Willing to travel, work outdoors, with potential for non-standard work hours and/or weekends.
