We are looking for experienced BDM’s who have relationships within, and knowledge of, the Accommodation industry.
If you have sold technical equipment to existing accommodation facilities - whether existing or in construction with commercial builders and developers - hotels , resorts, casinos, student accomodation and the like in NSW and interstate, then you can have a long and successful career as a BDM at Vintech Systems. Vintech Systems has been a leader in the sales and support of a range of superior technical and security products to the Accommodation industry for the past 30 years.
We are looking for a technically orientated Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team to drive our business forward. This is a rare opportunity to join a well established leading company that already has an impressive client portfolio, leads and significant pipeline. Our clients are spread throughout Australia and the Oceania region, and include some of the most established hospitality institutions worldwide.
There are 3 main functions to this BDM role:
- Prospecting for new business opportunities
- Managing all aspects of a large existing portfolio of top-tier client accounts
- Managing the full sales cycle of multiple products from “contact” to “close”
We are based in Sydney’s North-West. You will be reporting to the Sales Director, but working independently while using your own initiative. We require you to have a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience working in a similar position particularly within our industry. You will need to be a high level communicator and negotiator, an independent thinker, and have the ability to drive positive outcomes.
Ideally you will have experience as a Business Development Manager. You will thrive on the challenge of matching our many technical products to the customers’ needs. You will be relationship orientated, and have the ability to strike up rapport with senior managers and engineers alike. You must be extremely personable with exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
