ABOUT THIS ROLE
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager. The Business Development Manager is the face of ghd, owning the day-to-day relationships with key existing salons and is responsible for successfully onboarding key gains. The role nurtures client relationships focusing on understanding their business, challenges and goals and maximising value through partnering with ghd.
Leading the delivery of hands-on solutions to grow and support salons retail business with a 360° approach via visual merchandising, social media, education, and eventing ensuring a best-in-class service is provided to all our salons.
Driving a real sales culture within the Salon Channel and blends excellent customer service with a selling edge that continuously drives KPI’s to the highest levels.
The UK and Ireland is the largest and most developed markets for ghd. It is a critical territory for the sustainability of the brand at a global level.
