To strengthen our team in the BeNeLux region, we are looking for a full-time: Business Development Manager Benelux (m/f/d) Responsibilities In the role of a Business Development Manager Benelux you are responsible for planning and carry out direct channel & overall business development to maintain and develop sales of QSC products in to major accounts and the influence of specifiers, in accordance with agreed business plans. Also for coordination of the business which contributes to driving sustainable growth. The focus of your work is in the following areas: Maintain and develop the company CRM database. Plan, develop and carry out commercial activities to a defined group of industry contacts and influencers within agreed timescales and outcomes. Deliver agreed results including product mix and market focus within budget Develop strategy and comprehensive business plans for direct marketing to agreed accounts by specific market sector and QSC’s systems products. Respond to and follow up project enquiries within a defined period by email, telephone, and personal visits. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with external direct sales teams as well as internal customer teams. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information In conjunction with the product development teams participate in market research, competitor and customer surveys. Manage any relevant external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and research. Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes. Liaise and astend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development. Qualifications Your profile Several years of professional experience in a similar position Strong experience in commercial activities around audio visual or IT infrastructure services is key Proven track record in developing markets and achieving targets over a period of years Commercially astute with the ability to understand a complex sales proposition. Proven track record of target driven skills or achievements Proven expertise managing complex sales cycle within a consultative sales methodology Strong communication skills and confident appearance Highly motivated and results oriented - driven to succeed Excellent engaging presentation skills Well organized to manage conflicting priorities Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships quickly Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written) Fluent Dutch language skills (both verbal and written) Fluent French language skills (both verbal and written) would be an additional benefit We offer A varied task in an internationally very successful company.
