What You’ll Do: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding market share, and strengthening customer partnerships in the Food & Beverage (Beverage, Brewery & Dairy) industry in Thailand. The role is accountable for both expanding existing business and developing new growth opportunities. Your Role at a Glance: Deliver growth plans for the assigned territory with a focus on Sales and Gross Profit within the Beverage, Brewery, and Dairy industries. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial F&B sector to expand Diversey’s market presence. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow the customer portfolio. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis specific to beverage, brewery, and dairy to support business growth strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally (Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service) to design tailored solutions that address customer operational needs. Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts with customers and channel partners in line with company guidelines. Represent Diversey at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership. Monitor industry developments, regulatory updates, and customer trends to align sales activities with Diversey’s industrial strategy. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Engineering, or Management. Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record in Business Development or Technical Sales, preferably within the Food & Beverage sector (Beverage, Brewery & Dairy). Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage manufacturing processes. Willingness to travel within the territory to support customers, attend industry events, and drive business development. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a collaborative and customerfocused mindset. Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently in a dynamic environment. Proficient in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
