We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join the commercial team at a well know sporting venue in Plymouth..
Your mission? To boost revenue by securing new commercial partnerships and driving advertising sales at this football ground and other club facilities. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you’ll work closely with the Partnerships Manager to pitch opportunities, develop proposals, and close meaningful deals.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying and developing new sponsorship and partnership opportunities
  • Pitching and negotiating deals with local and national businesses
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Creating and delivering sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Representing the club at networking events, conferences, and matchdays
  • Managing your pipeline, hitting KPIs, and keeping accurate sales forecasts
  • Working collaboratively across Commercial, Marketing, and Hospitality teams
