QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience in the design, architecture, real estate, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong network within the hospitality and F&B industry is a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Passion for design, architecture, and brand storytelling
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with creative and leadership teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design process is a plus
  • Must be based in Miami or willing to relocate
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitality, F&B, commercial, and high-end residential sectors across the US and international markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, operators, architects, and consultants
  • Lead client presentations, proposal development, and pitch submissions in collaboration with creative and leadership teams
  • Monitor market trends, attend industry events, and represent the Bishop Design brand with a high level of professionalism and creative insight
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with studio goals
  • Collaborate with the Dubai HQ team on cross-market opportunities and share insights on regional dynamics
  • Maintain and grow a CRM database of contacts, leads, and project opportunities
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach with PR initiatives, case studies, and social media presence
  • Track and report progress on sales targets and new business pipelines to the Associate Director and Group Founder
