POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing clients across the engineering and construction sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally in the engineering, construction, or consulting industry.
  • Strong network within the local construction and real estate markets is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including architects, developers, property managers, and government agencies.
  • Represent BMACTC at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
  • Track business development activities and provide regular updates to senior management.
