The role We are seeking a Business Development Manager – (BNPL) to take ownership of Qlub’s new financing product and drive its growth across the region. You will sell Qlub’s Buy Now, Pay Later solution to restaurants and hospitality partners — helping them unlock cash flow, fund renovations, and manage expenses flexibly. You’ll be responsible for turning leads into long-term clients, closing deals, and building strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers. This is not just a sales job — it’s a growth mission. You’ll be directly shaping how Qlub’s financing arm scales in the Middle East and beyond. What You’ll Be Driving Proactively sourcing leads through various channels, identifying key decision-makers, scheduling meetings, and managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to full launch Building and nurturing relationships with restaurant owners,finance managers, and decision makers Analyzing lead generation and sales performance data to refine our processes and improve key metrics such as conversion rates Work closely with the product and finance teams to provide customer insights and feedback Represent Qlub at meetings, events, and calls with restaurant groups and franchise owners Present and pitch Qlub’s financing solution with clarity and confidence Qualifications Proven experience or strong interest in sales, business development, or growth (preferably with financing/lending sales experience) Excellent communication and negotiation skills — confident with business owners and managers Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, proactive, and driven by results Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Passionate about the F&B, hospitality, or fintech industry Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment Great communicator with the ability to work with both internal teams and external partners Outgoing personality – able to connect easily with people and engage in natural, authentic conversations Open-minded and driven, with the willingness to go beyond fixed working hours when needed to deliver impact What we offer Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact for your efforts; You are self-motivated and have a result-oriented mindset, you hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to reach and over achieve your targets.
