BRAMLEY HEALTH ARE LOOKING FOR A MOTIVATED, RESULTS DRIVEN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A HOSPITAL ENVIRONMENT TO JOIN THEIR TEAM.

We are a specialist health and social care provider supporting men and women of working ages who pose variations of mental health challenges. The role of Business Development Manager will be an integral addition to Bramley Health, mapping out all mental health services nationwide for our 8 care homes and hospital.

KEY SKILLS

  • Minimum of 5 years prior experience within a hospital BDM role
  • Target focused and sales driven
  • UK driving license
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Results driven, pro-active approach to own workload
  • Understanding of a CRM database

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development Manager will work to improve Bramley Health’s market position and foster initiatives that help achieve financial growth. They will manage business development activities by driving sales, and the acquisition of new admissions, referrals, clients, and new business for our hospital.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building relationships with Integrated Care Boards, mental health trusts, local authorities, and continuing healthcare teams nationwide
  • Set and meet agreed targets for specific care home leads, customer meetings, follow up, and sales leads
  • Handle and respond to sales enquiries for new business by responding promptly and professionally to maximise conversion rates
  • Research projects in segmented areas where we have the least traction to maximise our exposure and to seek new business contacts
  • Conduct customer visits in services to enhance the experience and create a positive impression and maximise conversion rates
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs in your priority areas linked to new care home openings
