WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

  • Minimum 5+ years ICT account management experience.
  • A successful track record of achieving sales revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex whole of business IT and Telecommunications solutions.
  • Consultative sales experience and approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to position and present at a C-suite level.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplined team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process and pipeline.
  • Prior experience within an outsourced service delivery environment.
  • Commercial experience & exposure to Presales or Solutions Architecture in as many of the following areas: IT, cloud, data, networking, unified communications,voice or telephony.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

In this position you will find yourself responsible for the achievement of new business sales for the region. You will have to secure net new business with an emphasis on revenue and GP in the enterprise space.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop and close new business
opportunities in line with the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
The Brennan business is split into multiple operating units including IT Services, Voice and Data, Telephony, Hardware Procurement and Software Development. Unless directed otherwise, the Brennan BDM is expected to prospect across all service categories and develop a strong trusted advisor relationship with the customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focus will be to close net new business with a focus on revenue and GP in the Mid-market, Corporate & enterprise space.
  • Leveraging the Customer Engagement Team who is a dedicated group that will set up alignment calls with new leads and meetings.
  • Utilise digital and social media to implement your personalised lead generation campaign to grow your pipeline.
  • Making the most out of the list of prospects provided to you while also leveraging your own existing network and the partner/vendor community.
  • You will work with your Leader to understand and determine your own required activity levels based on your personal sales conversion rates and average GP per sale.
  • Plan and support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timelines and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.
  • Maintain the data in the Sales CRM system relating to Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Activities to help us to continually refine our sales and marketing strategy.
