The Role
As a Business Development Manager (desk-bound) you’ll be responsible for managing broker portfolios, enhancing engagement, and driving new business opportunities. At Bridgit, we focus on activation—engaging brokers, educating them on our products, and driving business growth through persistence and strong relationships. We’re looking for someone who can handle rejection, stay determined, and maintain a proactive, solution-focused approach.
