Responsibilities

JOB ROLE:

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for targeting SME customers to sell a range of products including business energy, broadband, voice and card payment terminals. The ideal candidate will use a consultative approach to help them with a wide range of options to meet their needs.
A basic salary starting at £26,000 with a realistic OTE of up to £62,000.
Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performance.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to drive sales growth in the energy sector.
  • Utilise CRM for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analysing sales data.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing insights on energy solutions and VoIP services.
