Job Description The Business Development Manager - Broker Sales has an overall responsibility to pursue new business opportunities with insurance brokers in the UAE. He/She should maintain focus on the company's goals and objectives, and be in charge of exploring, assessing and, achieving new business potential. Champion & Mentor: Directly coach and develop a team of brokers to achieve ambitious growth targets. Innovate Strategy: Implement sales strategy, including lead generation. Drive Performance: Work closely with insurance brokers to develop new business and increase product penetration, and monitor performance against KPIs, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve. Target Achievement: Directly coach and develop a team of brokers to achieve ambitious growth targets. Work closely with insurance brokers and provide them with guidance and advice on developing business and implementing insurance programs and policies.
