JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with vice president and marketing teams to develop trade show strategies and to create effective promotional programs and campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with suppliers for training, support, and referral opportunities to strengthen market presence & knowledge.
  • Enhance internal procedures for handling inquiries, quotations, presentations, and proactive sales contact programs.
  • Utilize our software, including ACT, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
  • Manage and adjust pricing decks to ensure alignment between supplier and customer pricing relationships.
  • Motivate and work closely with the sales team and branch employees to enhance overall business performance.
  • Participation in industry events and trade shows.
